JST, one of the national largest oil drilling manufacturers, was set up by Jiangsu Shuguang Group Co., Ltd., Taizhou Huayang Investment Co., Ltd. and ChinaTech Services Limited. The China sides hold 75% shares.

JST specializes in the manufacturing of offshore drilling conductors, API 5DP & API 7-1 standard tool joints (such as PAC, AOH, SLH90 connection), NOV authorized proprietary  (HT, DS, XT) tool joints, High Strength tool joints for sour service applications, reducers, crossovers, lift subs, lift bails, API 5CT couplings, API 6A wellhead equipments and Christmas tree accessories, such as the casing and tubing heads, tees and crosses, mandrel-type and/or slip-type hangers, flanges, caps, plugs etc. The annual production capability is 500,000  sets of tool joints, 20,000 sets of large diameter offshore connectors, 250,000 pieces of couplings, 8,000 pieces of casing heads and tubing spools.
